Move-In

Move-In Instructions:

Welcome Home! We really hope you feel at home and enjoy living here.

1. Once you make it to the property find an open parking space. Parking are not designated and are first come, first serve.

2. To enter your PadSplit, Head to the front door. Enter the code provided. (Do not share your code with anyone, this code is unique to you).

3. Once inside the property head toward the garage in order to get your room key. See the below floor plan to help guide you.

4. In the garage, locate the water heater. On top of the water heater you will see combination locks. Find the one corresponding to your room number and use provided code (again do not share this code). Remove your key and lock the combination lock once more. No need to remember this code. It will only be use for move in and move out day.

5. After you have your key, head back inside and locate your room.

Please Note: you are responsible for your key, if you lose it, you will be responsible to get back in your room. We can provide a duplicate key for an additional fee.
