Move-Out

Move-Out Instructions:

Schedule your move out date. To schedule your move-out date, log into your Member Dashboard. Scroll down to the "Move-Out" section and click the "Request Move-Out" button. Choose your move-out date.

Please note:

Same-day move-outs are not available.

Your first week's dues at a PadSplit are not refundable (after 8:00pm EST on the day before move-in)

Remember: If you are moving out before completing your minimum commitment period, you will be charged a penalty.

On your scheduled move-out day, please remember to do the following:

1. Clean your room.

2. Remove anything from the mini fridge.

3. Move out by 9:00am.

4. After cleaning, please take at least two photos of your clean room and key location. Upload those photos to your dashboard.

5. Return key to the lock that corresponds to your room number and use the provided combination code (again do not share this code) to open the lock.
