General PadSplit Rules:
General Membership Rules apply to all Padsplit members
No animals except approved service animals
No kitchen appliances in bedrooms
Due to the nature of co-living, no guests allowed
No overnight guests allowed
Quiet time is observed from 11PM to 9AM daily
No outside furniture allowed
House Rules and items of note:
Be courteous and mindful of others and always clean up after yourself. No one likes a dirty house.
We have provided with a starting package of cleaning supplies. They are located in the vanity of each bathroom and in the kitchen sink along with broom, duster pan, and vacuum (for carpeted rooms) in the garage
Any items that you do not wish to share with others, please keep in your room and/or label them and let others know not to use.
Please follow quiet time and all posted signs in the house.
Kitchen:
The kitchen has shared cabinet, countertop, pantry space, and refrigerator.
Please be mindful of other tenants and keep your items clean and tidy.
Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink.
Any kitchen appliances that you do not wish to share with others, please label and let others know.
Take out the trash and recycling once full or starts generating foul odors.
Trash Pickup - Mondays
Recycle Pickup - Tuesdays
Bins should be put out by 6am on pickup day and be put away by 8pm.
Laundry Room:
Since the laundry is a shared space, please be mindful of others and keep track of your laundry when in use, so that everyone can have a turn at washing their clothes.
Clean the dryer lint filter after each use.
Pick up and store your laundry detergents/items after you are done so that others do not use it.
Entertainment Room Rules:
1. This room observes the same quiet hours as the rest of the house (quiet hours are 11pm-9am)
2. No excessive loudness
3. Food and drinks are allowed but, Clean up after yourself
4. No guests allowed
5. For your safety and that of others, only use this room during daylight hours
Fall and Winter months (9am – 5:30pm)
Spring and Summer months (9am-8pm)
Bathroom Assignments:
All bathrooms are assigned and members should only be using their assigned bathrooms unless the bathroom is out of order, in which case it will be communicate any temporary re-assignments
Bathroom assignments are as follows:
Bathroom 1: Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2
Bathroom 2: Bedroom 3, Bedroom 4, and Bedroom 5
Bathroom 3: Bedroom 6, Bedroom 7, and Bedroom 8
